Background
The escalator on the access route from King’s Road to Fortress Garden and Healthy Gardens is an important everyday facility. Its reliability matters to residents using this route.
Participation and record
On 31 July 2025, Lily Li submitted an individual proposal for drainage and fault-prevention improvements, asking the department to follow up on escalator reliability. Council documents retain the proposal and the subsequent written departmental reply.
